As Europe accelerates its transition towards zero‑emission buildings, skills development has become a decisive enabler of high‑quality renovation, efficient technologies and resilient construction practices. This Pre‑EUSEW Networking Event brings together the LIFE projects NS4nZEBs, AchieVE‑ZEB, BUSHROSSs, BUSUnited, HeatCraftHP and RESSKILL to demonstrate how EU funding is helping to build the workforce needed for a climate‑neutral building stock. Participants will explore practical training approaches, innovative learning tools and emerging professional profiles that support the sector’s evolving needs.
The session will convene project partners, policymakers, training providers, researchers, industry representatives and other stakeholders from the sustainable building community to exchange experiences and discuss future priorities. By showcasing concrete project outcomes and identifying remaining gaps, the event aims to strengthen collaboration and highlight opportunities to scale up skills initiatives across Europe’s construction and renovation ecosystem.
