The 5th Built4People Partnership Stakeholders Forum, organised by the European Commission, the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), European Construction, built environment and energy efficient building Technology Platform (ECTP) and European Network of Construction Companies for Research & Development (ENCORD), will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, researchers and key stakeholders from across Europe to discuss how research, innovation and collaboration can reinforce the resilience of the built environment. Under this year’s motto, the event will focus on advancing sustainable, people‑centred and future‑proof solutions to address Europe’s evolving environmental, societal and economic challenges. Participants will engage with high‑level representatives through keynote speeches, policy discussions and interactive exchanges covering priorities such as technological sovereignty, circularity, industrialisation, AI and robotics, affordable housing and the New European Bauhaus.

The Forum will also look ahead to the future of the Built4People Partnership, including its phasing‑out strategy and legacy towards FP10. A key moment will be the Built4People Innovation Clusters Charter Signing Ceremony, where a new cohort of Emerging B4PICs will formally join the community, alongside a declaration recognising the progression of the most advanced clusters. With its forward‑looking agenda and strong emphasis on collaboration, the event aims to strengthen Europe’s innovation ecosystem and support the deployment of resilient, sustainable solutions across the built environment.
