e-CODOMH Conference 2025: building a sustainable future for construction
e-CODOMH conference unites construction, research, and policy to tackle technological, environmental, and societal challenges. Over two days of keynotes, peer-reviewed presentations, and B2B matchmaking, the programme highlights sustainable materials, digital tools, circularity, and decarbonisation.
Details of the conference
The 1st e‑CODOMH Conference will gather stakeholders from the construction sector and the built environment to examine technological, industrial, environmental, and societal challenges and opportunities. Delegates will hear about the latest developments in sustainable building practices, materials, and technologies, see research and innovation results showcased, and be updated on relevant EU priorities, strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
Day one will feature keynote and invited speakers from industry, academia, and policy, offering a broad view of the Greek and European construction ecosystem. Day two will present peer‑reviewed contributions from an open call, with a particular focus on Greek projects, and will include a B2B matchmaking session co‑organised with the Enterprise Europe Network to foster partnerships and knowledge exchange.
The conference will address thematic areas including sustainable construction and renovation, digital twins and digitalisation tools, circular economy and decarbonisation, energy efficiency, resilience in the built environment, open innovation test beds and demo sites, and policy, regulation, and finance. The event aims to align industry practice with EU and national policies and to stimulate cross‑cutting discussion that shapes the future of building construction.
