EU Peers Transnational Community Spring Meeting 2026
EU Peers Transnational Community Spring Meeting 2026
This session explores how to scale effective One‑Stop Shops for energy efficiency in line with new European Commission guidance. Experts and practitioners will examine proven models, enabling frameworks and practical recommendations for accelerating renovation and mobilising investment.
Details of the conference
The European Commission’s new guidance on One‑Stop Shops (OSS) signals a shift from explaining their value to understanding how they can be deployed at scale. When supported by the right regulatory, financial, and organisational frameworks, OSS can significantly increase renovation rates and unlock investment in energy efficiency. This session brings together providers, policymakers and supporters to examine which OSS models have been tested across Europe, what has worked in practice, and what Member States, cities and regions need to put in place to help them succeed.
Building on the Commission Recommendation (EU) 2026/536 and the EU Peers policy recommendations, the discussion will focus on actionable insights: governance structures, funding approaches, stakeholder engagement and the conditions that enable OSS to thrive. Participants are invited to share their own experiences, challenges and lessons learned, contributing to a collective effort to strengthen OSS deployment and shape the next phase of Europe’s energy‑efficiency transition.
