The 3rd edition of the Renovation Days event focuses on off-site construction, innovation, social housing, and environmental transition in the building sector.

The 2025 edition will feature an expanded format, offering three full days of programming hosted in a larger venue to accommodate broader participation. With a growing international scope, the event aims to welcome a global audience and foster new partnerships across borders. At its core, the programme will focus on the deep decarbonisation of the built environment, reflecting the urgent need for sustainable transformation in the sector.

Attendees can look forward to a rich and varied agenda. Policy discussions will be held in collaboration with the Energiesprong Global Alliance, offering insights into forward-thinking regulatory frameworks. Innovative housing solutions will be showcased, including highlights from the Infinite Project and Energiesprong Milan, demonstrating scalable models for sustainable living.

Technical training sessions will be delivered by Façades Architecture Construction Engineering (FACE), providing hands-on learning opportunities for professionals. The European Facade Network will also convene its annual conference during the event, bringing together experts in building envelope technologies. In addition, participants will have the chance to visit exemplary renovation projects, offering a first-hand look at cutting-edge approaches in action.
