Condominiums form a substantial share of Europe’s residential building stock, yet their renovation remains one of the sector’s most complex challenges. Fragmented ownership, collective decision‑making and intricate financing structures often slow down or prevent renovation altogether. The event 'Scaling up renovation: One‑Stop Shops meet the condominium challenge', organised under the LIFE CondoReno project by European Builders Confederation (EBC) and International Union of Property Owners (UIPI), will bring together policymakers, financial institutions, renovation experts, local authorities, property owners and construction stakeholders to examine how tailored One‑Stop Shops can help address these barriers.

Through three thematic sessions, the programme will explore governance obstacles, practical delivery models and innovative financing solutions for condominium renovation. Speakers will share insights from pilot experiences developed within CondoReno and discuss how successful approaches can be scaled up across Europe. The event aims to support the wider deployment of integrated renovation services and contribute to the implementation of EU policies on the ground, particularly the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
