Senior representatives from the Directorate‑General for Energy (DG ENER) and the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA)—including Rosalinde van der Vlies, Serena Pontoglio, and Hans Rhein—will set the strategic framing for the day, highlighting how guidance, digitalisation, market uptake, and financing can work together to support implementation on the ground.

Throughout the programme, policymakers, national authorities, industry representatives, and EU‑funded project teams will present concrete solutions developed through European collaboration.
