The European project COLLECTiEF strengthens capacity building in the built environment sector through an e-learning programme that translates smart energy solutions into accessible and applicable content. Aimed at building owners, energy professionals, public authorities, students, and others interested in energy efficiency, the programme takes a practical approach to how buildings consume energy, where inefficiencies arise, and which measures can be implemented to optimise performance.

The programme is structured into modules covering both the policy and conceptual framework as well as the operational aspects of the COLLECTiEF system, including how it works, its benefits, and its collaborative methodology. This modular approach is integrated into a broader ecosystem of co-creation and validation in real-life environments, where collective intelligence acts as a driver of innovation.
