LEV Huset, developed within the Levantkaj masterplan in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, investigates how the Living Places principles can be applied to multi‑storey housing. The project examines how lower‑carbon construction, healthy indoor environments and efficient resource use can be translated from individual homes to larger residential developments.

Building on knowledge from Living Places Copenhagen, the proposal explores how these principles can be adapted to a dense urban context and aligned with contemporary housing needs.
