This two-part learning lab explores how different business models shape the operation, scalability, and long-term viability of One-Stop Shops (OSS) for home renovation. Through expert inputs, case studies, and interactive exercises, participants will examine how public, private, and hybrid OSS models influence service delivery, funding structures, and user experience.

  • Session 1: 19 February, 10:00 – 11:30 CET – Focus on public OSS models and their potential to scale through regional or national networks. Includes insights from the ComActiV and BirtuOSS projects.
  • Session 2: 26 February, 10:00 – 11:30 CET – Focus on private and hybrid OSS models, with case studies from AIRE and the French Service de Tiers-Financement. Participants will assess how these models balance commercial viability with public policy goals.
