REHVA participated in the Eurovent Annual Meeting 2026, where representatives from both organisations discussed shared priorities for the HVACR sector and the built environment. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on ongoing regulatory developments at the European level.

Discussions highlighted the importance of continued cooperation between REHVA and Eurovent, particularly in relation to EU legislation shaping the building sector. Participants addressed the implementation of the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), noting its relevance for heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems across Europe.

The meeting also reviewed upcoming policy files and areas where technical expertise from both organisations can support the transition of the building stock. The breadth of topics and the quality of the exchanges confirmed the value of this session as a forum for direct dialogue between the industry and the European institutions.
