As Central and Eastern European countries develop their National Building Renovation Plans (NBRPs), attention is shifting from meeting the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) requirements to ensuring these plans deliver ambitious and effective renovation strategies. Organised by Renovate Europe with the support of RenoCEE, this webinar will examine progress across the CEE region and the key challenges countries face in translating the EPBD into national action.

Bringing together EU and national-level perspectives, the session will provide insights into the current state of EPBD implementation, analysis of NBRPs, and approaches being taken in Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia. Participants will explore good practices that could be replicated across the region and consider how stakeholders can help strengthen the final plans. An interactive Q&A will provide an opportunity to discuss priorities and implementation challenges directly with the speakers.
