Pilotprojekt Köln feiert baulichen Fortschritt mit fliegenden Fassadenelementen

Am Pilotprojekt in Köln-Zollstock wurde am 7.7. ein wichtiger Meilenstein gefeiert: Per XXL-LKW wurden die sieben Meter breiten, geschosshohen neuen Fassadenelemente inklusive Dämmung, Fenstern und Türen vom Werksgelände der Korona Holzbau GmbH in Bergisch-Gladbach nach Köln transportiert und mithilfe eines Krans vor Ort montiert.

Positive Energy Neighbourhoods for a successful decarbonisation of the EU building stock

Beyond the energy community concept, there is the concept of Positive Energy Neighbourhood (PEN) which can fully reap the benefits of energy efficiency, renewable energy and low carbon technologies.
