CondoReno Project

In cooperation with the LIFE co-funded project CondoReno, EU Peers is hosting a transnational winter meeting dedicated to exploring how one-stop-shops can more effectively address the specific challenges of condominium renovation. Drawing on eight real‑life case studies from Flanders and the Netherlands, Erwin Mlecnik and Ragy Elgendy (TU Delft) will present concrete lessons learned and introduce four one‑stop‑shop models, both public and private.

This session offers a valuable opportunity to understand what works—and what does not—in practice, and to reflect on how these insights can strengthen one‑stop‑shop approaches across Europe. Participants will be invited to engage actively, ask questions, and consider how these findings can inform their own renovation support strategies.
