The imminent threat of climate change, together with the loss of ecosystems and biodiversity and the mounting cost of living crisis due to escalating fossil fuel prices, underscores the critical importance of respecting the Member States' National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs). 

These plans must serve as essential strategic instruments, guiding national-level decarbonisation efforts in alignment with the Paris Agreement's 1.5°C target, with the objective of diminishing reliance on fossil fuels and facilitating a rapid and just transition toward the clean economy of the future.

In light of these concerns, the webinar aim to highlight our thorough assessment of the NECPs. This event will showcase REDI4HEAT findings, specifically identifying barriers hindering the implementation of Heating and Cooling (H&C) measures.
