Connect NEB Call for Proposals

The EIT Community New European Bauhaus is funding community-driven projects addressing urban, climate, food, and manufacturing challenges, with up to €15,000 available per project, due by September 26, 2024.

The EIT Community New European Bauhaus (NEB) is inviting proposals for its Connect NEB Call for Proposals, aimed at community-driven solutions for urban, peri-urban, and rural challenges. 

The call seeks projects addressing climate, urban mobility, food, and manufacturing issues while adhering to NEB values of sustainability, inclusivity, and aesthetics. Applicants must focus on one or more of the NEB's four challenge areas: 

  • re-connecting with nature

  • re-gaining sense of community and belonging

  • prioritising places and the people that need them the most

  • the need for a long term, life cycle and integrated thinking in industrial ecosystem

Open to all legal entities in EU Member States and Horizon Europe associated countries, each proposal should come from a single entity. Up to eight projects will receive up to €15,000 each. Applications are due by September 26, 2024.
