The project aims to boost training and qualifications in the construction sector across Europe. This initiative, backed by the EU's Erasmus+ programme, builds on the success of the first phase, focusing on digital and green transitions. The recent launch meeting in Madrid saw industry representatives, trade unions, and training providers from 12 EU countries coming together. They're all geared up to enhance workforce skills and attract fresh talent to the construction industry.

Over the next four years, the project will roll out innovative training strategies and adapt educational programmes to meet current labour market needs. Key outcomes include a roadmap for updating professional skills, a 'Skills Observatory' to anticipate future needs and new curricula for vocational and higher education. The initiative also aims to foster collaboration between businesses and training centres, ensuring the sector stays competitive and resilient.
