The Construction Blueprint 2 project, supported by the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC), the European Federation of Building and Woodworkers (EFBWW), and the European Builders Confederation (EBC), aims to enhance training and qualifications in the construction sector to address digital and green transitions in Europe.

Co-funded by Erasmus+, it builds on the first phase's success. The initiative focuses on improving workforce skills, promoting new training methods, and fostering collaboration between businesses and education providers.

Key outputs include a roadmap for updating skills, a 'Skills Observatory,' curricula for emerging skill needs, and CVET training actions.

The project supports the broader sector goal of upskilling 30% of the workforce annually by 2030, contributing to a sustainable and innovative construction sector.
