Energiesprong UK taking part of Innovate UK’s Net Zero Heat: Design Engineering Innovation Lab
Energiesprong UK has been chosen to join Innovate UK’s Net Zero Heat: Design Engineering Innovation Lab, a funding competition dedicated to advancing decarbonised heat for buildings. In this collaborative workshop, Energiesprong UK, represented by Director Emily Braham, worked with a diverse group of 40 organisations to devise innovative solutions for reducing buildings' heat requirements through design and engineering.
Successful projects will be eligible for funding of £1.5 million to £5 million per project, focusing on overcoming challenges such as energy demand, market demand, and deployment speed, utilising technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), offsite manufacturing, and modular designs.
Successful stage 3 projects must start before 1 February 2024 and finish by 31 March 2025.
