This initiative seeks to strengthen vocational education within the construction sector by fostering local skills ecosystems that deliver high-quality training. The project emphasises digital transformation, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion, aiming to enhance competencies in energy efficiency, green practices, and workforce well-being. Over the forthcoming four years, it will introduce innovative educational resources and establish new partnerships throughout Europe.

INSIDE-CoVE is committed to promoting local innovation and advancing social inclusion through a comprehensive, three-tiered curriculum. A Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) will be launched to engage a broad spectrum of learners and support skills development in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors at multiple levels. 

Additionally, the project will harness the potential of knowledge triangles embedded within national Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in Germany, Ireland, Greece, and Spain.
