The European Commission has adopted the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Investment Guidelines to promote investments integrating sustainability, inclusion, and aesthetics in Europe’s built environment

Developed with JASPERS (Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions), these guidelines offer best practices for transforming buildings and spaces, aligning with NEB’s goals of societal improvement and high-quality, sustainable housing

The guidelines aim to direct both public and private investments towards projects that address climate neutrality, urbanisation, and accessibility. By incorporating NEB values, they enhance investment appeal and foster inclusive growth, supporting urban and rural development

Launched in 2021, NEB seeks to create beautiful, inclusive, and sustainable solutions within the EU Green Deal transition.
