2023 has been nominated the "European Year of Skills" which is reflected in the ambitious socio-economic target of European energy policy. In fact, the European Green Deal is calling for a societal transformation which is requiring the development of new skills in the workforce in order to reach our climatic goals.

As a response, EUSEW 2023 will focus on the theme of reskilling and upskilling to accelerate the clean energy transition. In particular, during the European Youth Enegy Days the target will be on young people who will find a plaform to provide their input with policy and industry representatives.
