The European Commission proposes a sixth Horizon Europe Mission, dedicated to the New European Bauhaus (NEB), aiming at transforming European neighbourhoods and buildings into beautiful, sustainable, and inclusive places.

The NEB initiative, launched in 2020, has already inspired several projects and initiatives that demonstrate NEB ideas and has a growing community of over 1,000 members across Europe.

The proposed EU Mission aims to consolidate the progress of the initiative and ensure maximum impact for creating sustainable and inclusive neighbourhoods.
