Passive House certificates for SINFONIA projects in Innsbruck and Bozen

SINFONIA project has reached successful results with the deep retrofits in Innsbruck and Bozen. The interventions allowed substancial heating energy savings, with an average of 77% saved in the projects in Innsbruck, and also a substancial improvement of thermal comfort.

 

The objective of the project was to achieve the highly energy efficient EnerPHit standard, which is a Passive House standard related to renovated buildings.

 

Only in Innsbruck, within the project, 33 buildings with a total total living area of approximately 66,000 square metres were retrofitted.
