Residents of flats in the UK are challenged by high energy prices

Residents of flats with communal heating systems are challanged by the high energy prices and there might be a possibility for them to sue their network operators for heating and hot water. On the other hand, households with conventional heating systems are covered by the price cap on bills.

 

It is clear that this issue affects particularly the low-income social housing tenants and private renters. The law is currently investigating a solution for these people.
