The European Commission has allocated resources to the Ukrainian government to help the country to rebuild its cities sustainably and inclusively according to the New European Bauhaus (NEB). These NEB activities will be boosted through the "Phoenix" initiative.

The support will combine funding from the Horizon Europe Mission for Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities and from the LIFE programme.
