Serbia government to reduce old heating boilers in public institutions

Editorial Team

The Government of Serbia has proposed that by two years all heating boilers in public institutions should be replaced to renewable solutions. The country has indeed many issues with air pollution which has been classified coming from four main sources: individual heating furnaces and boilers, transportation, energy efficiency and agricultural sources.

One of the solutions identified for households is to subsidize switching to environmentally friendly heating technologies.
