SHAPE-EU project, led by Housing Europe, pioneers a socially inclusive Renovation Wave and New European Bauhaus. Guided by 100 lighthouse projects, it promotes just energy transitions through district-level approaches, integrating community engagement and smart solutions

Examples like ÖrebroBostäder in Sweden and Wir inHAUSer in Austria showcase innovative strategies, emphasising social cohesion and zero-carbon refurbishment. Dropping project further refines district renovation methodologies across Spain, Italy, and Estonia. A handbook of best practices and the Renovation Helpdesk support the project´s dissemination.
