One of London's greatest challenge in transitioning to net zero is the skills gap.
Rapid reskilling is crucial to accelerate the energy transition: according to the new Climate Change Committees' Skills and Net Zero report, there is the need for experts in buildings retrofit, renewable energy generation and the manufacture of electric vehicles. The new green jobs could amount to up to 725,000.
