Over the last year, the UK has seen a rise in energy prices which involve both households and businesses. How to save energy at home and at the office?

The UK has seen a rise in energy prices over the last year, resulting in households and businesses looking for ways to save energy. It is important to bare in mind that to understand how to tackle energy consumption, both energy rating and how long items are used (some of them might switch on and off intermittently. Hence, it is pivotal to check the appliances´ data sheet to know the energy details and act accordingly.
In general, to know exactly how much and where the energy is used, it is necessary to measure it, although in some cases it might not be easy for some appliances (e.g. fridge).
