Tusankine Salasini, an architectural student from Zambia, developed an early passion for art and design, influenced by her family's cultural collection.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Ningbo University in China, she returned to Zambia, where she began to appreciate the sustainability of traditional mud houses.

Now pursuing a master’s in Sustainable Construction at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, she seeks to merge Zambian culture with sustainable architecture

Her research focuses on comparing energy efficiency between modern and traditional homes. Salasini aspires to design eco-friendly communities and contribute to her family's cultural legacy.
