What is the difference between home automation and building automation?

Home automation refers to all the smart devices that are used at home. One of the benefits for users of using smart devices is being able to control them remotely. Building automation, instead, refers to the smart devices that we can use for automation in buildings that are not homes (e.g. hospitals, schools, office buldings...). In this last case, the term used is "immotic". Generally, immotic is more advanced compared to home automation and for this reason they are used in industry.
