The building emphasises adaptability and multifunctionality, featuring 12 classrooms organised in pairs with separate entrances for efficient logistics.

A central 'living room' enhances community space. Designed by MADE architects, it addresses economic and environmental challenges through excellent energy efficiency, a load-bearing wooden structure for a lower CO2 footprint, and low-VOC materials, aligning with European climate goals.
