The office building LUMBER 4 in Kristiansand, southern Norway, is the region’s first and largest mass timber commercial building. Designed by Oslotre Architects, it features a high degree of prefabrication and innovative design, achieving a 53% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
It now houses Green Tech companies and has won an award for the world’s best mid-rise office building.
