Toulouse Métropole has undertaken a programme of renovation of buildings to make them more energy efficient and thus to achieve the city´s climate targets.

To make the system more efficient and make sure that households can easily access financing and information for renovation, the city has collaborated with other levels local government to create a single point of contact. In this way, energy advisors can advise and empower citizens on all the solutions available. Moreover, advisors can guide them through all the phases of the renovation project.
