This new construction has been awarded the Energy & Hot Climates Prize of the Green Solutions awards in 2020-2021.

The medical centre has a bioclimatic design as a result to have an economical and resilient building, a sustainable development, and healthy and indoor comfort.

In the middle of the building there is a large patio filled with vegetation which also accentuates air circulation, promoting natural ventilation. The external facades are made with double skin in porous mesh which also protects the buildings themselves.
