National roundtables to implement the Smart Finance for Smart Buildings initiative in Slovakia and the Czech Republic

Energy efficient renovation of Europe's building stock hinges on smart financing. Public financing should motivate private investments in energy renovation to achieve the Green Deal’s objectives. The role of public and private stakeholders, particularly innovative SMEs, is key.

The EU-funded GreenDeal4Buildings project will establish roundtables to implement smart financing for smart building initiatives in Czechia and Slovakia.

Start date: June 2021 - End date: June 2024
