There is in Europe a dense network of public non-profit entities giving initial advice to homeowners regarding home energy renovation.

But to massify renovation and engage citizens, they need to transition towards integrated renovation service that supports homeowners beyond the initial diagnostic, during the whole renovation journey.

This is the ambition of the CONCERTO RENOV project: To be the link between the actors of the whole renovation value chain and to support operators in providing households with a tailor-made offer, from the initial evaluation, the contracting with work companies to the monitoring of energy savings over time.
