Building renovation, energy performance improvements as well as the transition from fossil fuels to RES requires motivating homeowners to change their habits so as to balance demand with a limited energy supply and to accept new technologies.

One Stop shop (OSS) has proved successful in persuading homeowners in financing building renovation, thus having energy efficient house which in turn induced positive changes in energy consumption.
