The Agente Integral de Rehabilitación en España (AIRE) project intends to revolutionise home renovation services, starting in the unique context of Mallorca and Tenerife islands.

Editorial Team

AIRE will address the limitations of Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS), particularly those experienced by public One Stop Shops (OSS) due to law constraints. Additionally, AIRE intends to foster the emerging actor in the renovation field in Spain, named Renovation Agent, spurred by the Next Generation EU Funds and expected to provide IHRS. There are still several uncertainties about the economic viability of such a private actor and its business model needs to be tested and iterated.
