The demand from private home owners for energy renovation continues to grow year after year, even more so with the recent sharp increase in energy prices. However, renovations, although more numerous, are far from reaching the level of performance targeted by public authorities. Many players intervene at one point or another during the renovation process, but without real coordination. Individuals are wary following recent scams which have had bad press. Even those who have confidence do not see the point of a global renovation which they would have difficulty financing anyway. 

OTTER LIFE is a project combining human expertise with a powerful digital platform called LOUTRE, addressing the critical need for effective tools to every housing types: house, appartement and condominium.
