Despite progress in legislative and policy areas, the EU continues to face major environmental and climate challenges impact both the ecosystem and the well-being of EU citizens. A significant shift towards sustainable energy practices is necessary to fulfil international commitments and achieve a climate-neutral economy. This includes promoting energy efficiency, adopting renewable energy sources, and boosting heat pump deployment. However, a shortage of skilled professionals and existing market barriers hinder progress.

The project seeks to develop comprehensive Capacity Building Frameworks to enhance training and skills in application of heat pumps technology as a one of renewable heating/cooling technologies, and an integrated digital tool to enhance adoption of energy-efficient solutions, benefiting both professionals and consumers.
