The video explains the IMPULSE methodology, that is being transferred to new territories in the framework of the IMPULSE PLUS project, from the Interreg MED programme.

This methodology allows public administrations to design an action plan for the energy renovation of public buildings, based on objective criteria.

About the project

The IMPULSE PLUS overall objective is to introduce new territories to the use of an integrated management support system for planning energy renovation projects for public buildings at local and regional level.

The approach builds on the results and lessons learnt from the previous IMPULSE MED project, where 6 MED Cities implemented and tested the protocol and tools to recognize the best renovation options and develop gradual renovation plans and financial planning for cost-optimal solutions for public building stocks.
