The EU's Heat Pump Action Plan aims to accelerate heat pump deployment across the EU through the Heat Pump Accelerator partnership. This collaboration involves the European Commission, Member States, industry experts, financial institutions, and training providers.
Heat pumps, utilising green electricity, are recognised for their efficiency in warming or cooling spaces by extracting energy from the air or ground. The brochure highlights seven projects funded under the Horizon 2020 program, managed by CINEA, showcasing the EU's dedication to expanding the heat pump sector as a crucial component in achieving net-zero goals. The Results Pack is available in six languages (DE, EN, ES, FR, IT, PL).
