Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) help reduce the EU’s building-related CO2 emissions. Success stories, from Hungary to Spain, showcase trust-building, tailored support, and financial solutions for sustainable renovations.
Hauts-de-France Pass Rénovation (formerly Picardie Pass Rénovation) is a public entity focused on helping homeowners and municipalities in the Hauts-de-France region with energy-efficient home renovations.
It offers integrated technical and financial services, including free consultations, audits, project management, and low-interest loans.
The program also provides post-renovation support, including eco-coaching and energy monitoring. Its impact includes saving 75,135 GWh of energy, reducing CO2 emissions by 81,700 tons, and creating 1,463 jobs.
Funded by a mix of fees, government subsidies, and EU support, the program simplifies the renovation process, making it accessible and reliable for all participants.
