Ralf PASKER

Biography
Ralf Pasker is the Managing Director of EAE, the European Association for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS). EAE was founded back in 2008. It is formed by 12 national ETICS associations, 5 important European components’ associations and 27 supporting company members. EAE represents about 80 per cent of Europe’s revenue from ETICS, the entire ETICS value chain – finally hundreds of manufacturers, installers, institutes and trade associations involved in the ETICS business.
The main objectives of the association are to further promote the benefits of using ETICS and to support the safe and durable use of ETICS kits. EAE represents the ETICS business in CEN and EOTA working bodies as well as in public hearings of the European Commission and the European Parliament.
The EAE is a member of Construction Products Europe (CPE), the European Council for Construction Research, Development and Innovation (ECCREDI), the Construction 2050 Alliance, and supporter of the Renovate Europe Campaign. Furthermore, EAE holds contact with associations and initiatives beyond European boarders. The association holds liaisons with the EIFS Council of Canada, the China Association of Building Energy Efficiency (CABEE), the Japanese Association for Housing Thermal Insulation Technology Coop. (NDJK) and the EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) in the United States of America.
Ralf Pasker started working for EAE in August 2011 and became its Managing Director in 2013. Until the end of 2019 he worked in parallel as Managing Director Insulation Systems and European Affairs for the German EAE member association VDPM. Since 2020, his resources are fully allocated to EAE. Prior to working for associations, he had already been working, with one short break, in the ETICS business for more than 13 years, with his last role being responsible for the entire international business of a leading ETICS supplier. Ralf Pasker studied economics at the University of Siegen/Germany.
