The Euroheat & Power (EHP) Congress is the largest event dedicated to district heating and cooling in Europe.

This event will discuss the current state of play of energy efficiency finance for real estate in light of the latest EU regulatory developments, and the findings of the recent Climate Strategy (CS) report on how to fill the EU climate investment gap more efficiently.

The event will become a platform for discussing how to integrate environmental principles at all stages of construction and restoration, as well as how these processes can be strengthened by financial instruments.

The kick-off of the Belgian Hub will provide an overview of the Hub’s objectives and an update on the local demonstration building.

This conference explores how public procurement, energy policies, and housing strategies support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in heritage renovation, uniting policymakers and industry to highlight best practices and overcome financial and regulatory barriers.

The conference will be attended by around 300 professionals from the built environment from all over Europe, including high-level representatives from the OAI, ACE, EFCA and ECEC, the European Commission and the Luxembourg Government.

With insights from the Heat Pump Accelerator Platform, the session focuses on how the accelerated deployment of heat pumps –a leading electrification solution– can become an asset for energy system integration.

The event will provide an outlook on the future European Competitiveness Fund and the role InvestEU can play therein.
