This session showcases key tools, EU funding opportunities, and best practices to support a fair, competitive, and effective implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. It addresses regulatory and technical challenges through digital solutions, compliance checklists, and LIFE-funded initiatives that help Member States enhance building performance, reduce energy demand, and ensure equitable transposition. 

Sophie Dourlens-Quaranta (R2M Solution France) will present how the project supports the development of interoperable national building stock databases, ensuring Member States can efficiently align with the EU Building Stock Observatory and broader EPBD goals.
