Last year, as part of the peer learning activities organised by the Covenant of Mayors, a delegation from Botoșani (Romania) visited the City of León (Spain) to discuss good practices and promoting energy efficiency in public buildings, renewable energy, lighting and sustainable mobility.

In particular, they visited the Conference and Exhibition Center in León and focused on the renewable energy technologies implemented and on the main characteristics of materials and structure. The building has a combination of glass and steel, and glass has the solar control system of the facades.
