The next AIVC 2024 conference is open for submission of abstracts and papers.

Authors have the opportunity for a peer review of their papers. In particular, the procedure will be twofold including two separate calls for abstracts and papers, depending on the authors´ decision to have their paper peer-reviewed or not.

These are the deadline for the two options.

Non-peer reviewed papers:

• abstract submission is due on March 18, 2024
• abstract acceptance confirmation on April 22
• paper´s or extended summary submission on July 1.

Peer reviewed papers:

• abstract submission is due on January 8, 2024
• abstract acceptance confirmation on February 12
• submission of papers on April 15
• paper´s notification of acceptance and review comments on June 1
• Final paper´s submission on July 1.
